Uncle Frank loved to kid around, a trait he shared with his older brother, Dale, along with the gift of gab and could tell some good old family stories of the Whitehead’s and Moss’s. He will be deeply missed by us.
Love and warm hugs to Aunt Diana and the whole family,
Larry (nephew) & Sheila (niece-in-law) Whitehead
