Obituary

David Brian Miller passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 7th at 3:00 p.m. in his Warsaw home. Age 59 at the time of his death, he had battled with cancer and other health issues for several years.

David was born on July 20, 1959 in Ironton, Ohio. The son of Benjamin H. Miller and Jenny L. (Cornell) (Miller) Messenger, he moved to the Warsaw area as a teenager. He previously worked for Warsaw Foundry and Warsaw Chemical where he operated forklifts, among other positions.

David enjoyed fishing and time spent outdoors. He was an avid sports fan and was sure to cheer for the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, and, when watching college sports, always supported Ohio State University. Kind and loving, David could be ornery and liked to laugh.

Those who survive include his daughter: Jessica Davis (husband, Jeffrey) of Ironton, OH; two brothers, Jerry Miller of Warsaw and Benjamin Allen Miller of Warsaw and numerous nieces and nephews. Those who preceded him him in passing include his son, David Brian Miller, Jr.; two sisters, Kathy Jean Jenkins and Deborah Matney; father, Benjamin H. Miller and mother, Jenny L. Messenger.

A gathering of friends and family is being planned. Private cremation was entrusted to Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw.
